Refunds & Cancellation
This is Mave Health Private Limited’s (“Mave Health”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”). We provide a "No Questions Asked" refund within the first 14 days of you cancelling the Services (“Refund Period”), provided that you return the tDCS Device to us without damage and in the original condition. Upon expiry of the Refund Period, refunds are not possible, except for medical exclusions determined by our expert team.
ACCESS TO THE DEVICE:
As part of your program enrollment, you are granted access to the tDCS Device for the duration of the program. The device is provided for demonstration purposes and must be returned in good condition upon completion or cancellation of the program. Mave Health may issue specific return instructions to you, if necessary. Failure to return the tDCS Device or returning it in a damaged condition may result in additional charges as may be determined by Mave Health in its sole discretion.
PROGRAM ENROLLMENT:
For specialized programs that involve a set duration (e.g., a 12-week mental health improvement program), cancellation requests must be made within the Refund Period to qualify for a refund as per our refund policy. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel your subscription, order, or program enrollment, and to arrange for the return of the tDCS Device, please contact our support team at jai@mavehealth.com with your request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary forms or instructions. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your cancellation request to be processed. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We value your feedback, so we may ask for a reason for cancellation to help us improve our services.
