Refunds & Cancellation

A "No Questions Asked" refund is available within the first 14 days minus a registration fee. After 14 days, refunds are not possible, except for medical exclusions determined by our expert team. We understand circumstances may change, leading you to reconsider your subscription to our services.

Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription to services, including access to the tDCS neurostimulation technology, within the first 14 days. Please note that refunds are not available for partially used subscription services. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Access to the Device:

As part of your program enrollment, you are granted access to the tDCS device for the duration of the program. The device is provided for demonstration purposes and must be returned in good condition upon completion or cancellation of the program. Specific return instructions will be provided if necessary. Failure to return the device or returning it in a damaged condition may result in additional charges.

Program Enrollment:

For specialized programs that involve a set duration (e.g., a 12-week mental health improvement program), cancellation requests must be made within the first 14 days of the program start date to qualify for a partial refund as per our refund policy. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your subscription, order, or program enrollment, and to arrange for the return of the tDCS device, please contact our support team at jai@mavehealth.com with your request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary forms or instructions. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your cancellation and refund request (if applicable) to be processed. We value your feedback, so we may ask for a reason for cancellation to help us improve our services.
